食管癌伴糖尿病患者围术期的个性化饮食护理效果研究

摘要 目的探讨食管癌伴糖尿病患者围术期的个性化饮食护理效果。方法纳入2020年8月—2022年6月期间厦门大学附属第一医院医院收治的80例食管癌伴糖尿病患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者采用围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上实施个性化饮食护理。对比两组患者血糖水平、胰岛素用量、血糖达标时间、住院时间和并发症发生率。结果术前两组血糖指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后7 d观察组FPG、2 hPG均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组胰岛素用量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌伴糖尿病手术患者实施个性化饮食护理,有利于患者血糖水平的稳定,进而为保障手术的顺利进行奠定良好的基础,降低术后并发症发生率,促进病情康复。 Objective To explore the effect of individualized diet nursing on patients with esophageal cancer and diabetes during perioperative period.Methods Eighty patients with esophageal cancer and diabetes admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from August 2020 to June 2022 were included as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group patients received routine perioperative care,while the observation group received personalized dietary care on the basis of the control group's care.Compared the blood glucose levels,insulin dosage,time to meet blood glucose standards,length of hospital stay,and incidence of complications between the two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose index between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).The FPG and 2 hPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 7 days after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The insulin dosage in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized diet nursing for patients with esophageal cancer and diabetes undergoing surgery is beneficial to the stability of their blood glucose level,thus laying a good foundation for the smooth operation,reducing postoperative complications rate,and promoting the recovery of their condition.
