医护一体化护理对脑梗死并糖尿病患者血糖水平及NIHSS评分的影响

Effect of Integrated Medical and Nursing Care on Blood Glucose Level and NIHSS Score in Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Diabetes

目的分析脑梗死并糖尿病患者在疾病控制中为其提供医护一体化护理的价值。方法选取福建医科大学附属第一医院2020年2月—2022年2月收治的200例脑梗死并糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机抽样法分为两组,每组100例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予医护一体化护理,对比两组患者的血糖水平、护理效果、情绪状态。结果护理前,两组NIHSS、ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组、ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组FPG、2 hPG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组FPG、2 hPG水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组SDS、SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理的展开可改善脑梗死合并糖尿病患者神经功能,亦可提升其日常生活能力及生活质量,避免因出现焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪影响治疗及护理依从性。

Objective To analyze the value of integrated medical and nursing care for patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes in disease control.Methods 200 patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random sampling method,they were divided into two groups,with 100 patients in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given integrated medical and nursing care.The blood glucose level,nursing effect,and emotional state of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS and ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of FPG and 2 hPG between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the average FPG and 2 hPG water levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of integrated medical and nursing care can improve the neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes,improve their daily living ability and quality of life,and avoid the adverse emotions such as anxiety and depression affecting treatment and nursing compliance.Compared with conventional care.
