当归六黄汤加减治疗糖尿病多汗症临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Dangguiliuhuang Decoction in Treating Diabetic Hyperhidrosis

目的评价糖尿病多汗症患者施行当归六黄汤加减治疗的效果。方法选取福建省福安市民族医院于2021年6月—2022年6月期间接诊的78例糖尿病多汗症患者,按照硬币法分为两组,每组39例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组采用当归六黄汤加减治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.44%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(6.17±1.56)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.21±1.45)mmol/L和糖化血红蛋白(6.58±1.02)%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的三酰甘油(2.15±0.23)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(2.91±0.35)mmol/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的多汗(0.66±0.12)分、盗汗(0.51±0.08)分、气短乏力(0.61±0.05)分、手足心热(0.71±0.12)分和心悸失眠(0.61±0.27)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病多汗症患者施行当归六黄汤加减治疗的效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction on diabetes patients with hyperhidrosis.Methods 78 patients with diabetes hyperhidrosis who were admitted to Fujian Fu'an City Ethnic Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the coin method,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction to compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose(6.17±1.56)mmol/L,postprandial blood glucose(8.21±1.45)mmol/L,and glycated hemoglobin(6.58±1.02)%in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of triacylglycerol(2.15±0.23)mmol/L and lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(2.91±0.35)mmol/L in the observation group were after treatment lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of excessive sweating(0.66±0.12)points,night sweating(0.51±0.08)points,shortness of breath(0.61±0.05)points,hand and foot heart heat(0.71±0.12)points,and palpitations and insomnia(0.61±0.27)points in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetes patients with hyperhidrosis with modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction has significant effect.
