摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种病因不明的慢性反复发作的消化道炎性疾病。UC相关结直肠癌(UC-CRC)预后差,是导致UC患者死亡的主要原因,其外科治疗较散发性结直肠癌更为复杂。本文从手术指征、术前评估、术式选择、术后辅助治疗及随访等方面对UC-CRC的外科治疗进行全面综述。
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic recurrent inflammatory disease of the digestive tract with unknown etiology.UC-associated colorectal cancer(UC-CRC)with worse prognosis is the major cause of mortality in UC and it needs more complicated surgical therapy than sporadic colorectal cancer.This article reviews the surgical therapy of UC-CRC,including indication,preoperative evaluation,operation recommendations,postoperative adjuvant therapy and follow-up.
