摘要
本文报道1例利用Turnbull-Cutait拖出延期吻合术治疗克罗恩病合并复杂性肛瘘及直肠狭窄的病例。该术式可在彻底切除病变直肠的前提下最大限度减少吻合口漏概率并保留肛门功能, 提高患者生活质量, 在国内鲜有报道。
We herein report a case of Crohn′s disease with complex anal fistula and anorectal stenosis,which was treated by Turnbull-Cutait abdominoperineal pull-through anastomosis.Two-stage ultra-low anastomosis was successfully performed without anastomosis leak,and long-term anal function and quality of life were satisfactorily preserved.
