摘要
GD32F427VKT6是兆易创新公司基于Arm^(■)Cortex^(■)-M4内核设计的MCU,系统最大运行时钟频率可以达到200 MHz。利用该MCU提出实现输出模拟无刷直流电机霍尔时序模型,同时设计利用MCU的霍尔捕获功能采集霍尔时序状态,根据上位机串口指令调试,输出可选5种模式的6路互补PWM控制时序以模拟控制无刷电机三相H桥输出,并可以测试电机转速、方向、刹车功能。
GD32F427VKT6 is an MCU designed by GigaDevice based on the Arm Cortex-M4^(■)core,and the maximum operating clock frequency of the^(■)system can reach 200MHz.This paper proposes a Hall timing model with the MCU for the output analog brushless DC motor,and designs the Hall capture function of the MCU to collect the Hall timing state.According to the serial port command of the host computer,6 complementary PWM control timing of 5 modes can be output to simulate and control the brushless motor three-phase H-bridge output,and test the rotation speed,direction,and brake function.
