摘要
截割滚筒是采煤机的重要工作部件,其运行性能会对采煤机整体性能产生决定性影响。以MG132/320-W型采煤机截割滚筒为研究对象,在对滚筒基本运动形式进行分析的基础上,研究了滚筒的自适应速度调节技术。在测试滚筒实际力矩的基础上,可以预测煤岩硬度并确定滚筒的目标转速,利用PID控制器对截割滚筒速度进行自适应调节;在采集采煤机截割滚筒历史数据信息的基础上,通过LSTM-ResNet网络可对截割滚筒的运动轨迹进行预测,并根据预测结果对滚筒的运行轨迹进行调节控制。对截割滚筒自适应作业技术开展实验验证工作,结果发现滚筒的轨迹预测以及轨迹跟踪结果与实际情况虽然有一定误差,但误差相对较小,完全在可接受的范围以内,说明本文提出的自适应作业技术是可行的,能显著提升采煤机的智能化水平。
The cutting drum is an important working part of the shearer,and its operation performance will have a decisive impact on the overall performance of the shearer.Taking the cutting drum of MG132/320-W shearer as the research object,the self-adaptive speed adjustment technology of the drum is studied based on the analysis of the basic movement form of the drum.On the basis of the actual torque of the test drum,the hardness of coal and rock can be predicted and the target speed of the drum can be determined,and the speed of the cutting drum will can be adaptively adjusted by using the PID controller.On the basis of collecting the historical data information of the cutting drum of the shearer,the motion trajectory of the cutting drum can be predicted through the LSTM-ResNet network,and the running trajectory of the drum will can be adjusted and controlled according to the prediction result.The experimental verification work was carried out on the self-adaptive operation technology of the cutting drum on the self-adaptive operation technology of the cutting drum.It was found that although there was a certain error between the trajectory prediction and trajectory tracking results of the drum and the actual situation,the error was relatively small and completely within the acceptable range.It is feasible to adapt to the operation technology,which can significantly improve the intelligence level of the shearer.
