煤矿主通风机监控系统设计及其实现研究

摘要 煤矿主通风机的稳定可靠运行对于煤矿安全至关重要。在对煤矿以及主通风机进行简要介绍的基础上,设计研究了通风机的监控系统。系统主要是利用传感器检测通风机的运行参数,并将参数输入到S7-1200型PLC控制器中进行综合处理,判断通风机的运行状态。一旦监测存在问题会下达指令进行报警,并对主用和备用通风机进行切换处理。选用的振动传感器、压力传感器和温度传感器型号分别为6233C-10、1151DP、PT100,性能优良,能在复杂的矿井环境下工作。软件程序基于模块化思想进行编程设计,由1个主程序和多个子程序构成,各子程序有对应的功能。将监控系统应用到工程实践中,进行现场调试应用,发现效果良好,取得了很好的安全效益。 The stable and reliable operation of coal mine main fan is very important for coal mine safety.Based on a brief introduction to the coal mine and the main fan,the monitoring system of the ventilator was designed and researched.The system mainly uses sensors to detect the operating parameters of the fan,and inputs the parameters into the S7-1200 PLC controller for comprehensive processing to judge the operating state of the fan.Once a problem is detected,an alarm will be issued,and the main and backup fans will be switched.The selected models of vibration sensor,pressure sensor and temperature sensor are 6233C-10,1151DP and PT100 respectively,which had excellent performance and will can work in complex mine environment.The software program is programmed based on the idea of modularization,and consists of a main program and multiple subprograms,each of which had corresponding functions.The monitoring system was applied to engineering practice,and the on-site debugging application was carried out,and it was found that the effect is good,and good safety benefits were achieved.
