摘要
目的:中国药典2000年版二部中规定所有制剂品种均要做微生物限度检查,消毒剂也应做微生物限度检查。方法:本文按中国药典2000年版二部微生物限度检查的方法。结果:对8个制剂共26批次进行考察获得满意结果。结论:认为消毒剂也应控制微生物限度。
Objective: All kinds of preparations must be tested by Microbial Limit Tests regulated in volume 2 of 2000 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The numbers of micoorganisms in desinfectant should be also tested. Method: The numbers of micoorgan-isms in disinfectants were tested according to the method of Microbial Limit Tests related in 2000 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Result: The results of 26 batchse of 8 species of disinfectants tested were satisfactory. Conclusion; The numbers of microorganisms in disinfectant should be controlled also.
