摘要
浪花艺术馆的建筑平面形似风车,在核心筒交接处设置了三个挑向大海的户外露台。结构体系为钢筋混凝土剪力墙与钢结构桁架。针对结构大悬挑导致的楼面振动问题,在最大悬挑楼面反梁位置和悬挑端部共布置了8个竖向调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)进行结构竖向振动的控制。通过有限元数值模拟分析了人行激励下的楼面振动响应,并通过现场实测分析验证其振动控制效果。结果表明:TMD对楼面振动起到了良好的控制效果,显著提高了楼面竖向振动舒适度。
The Spray Art Museum,whose floor plan resembles a windmill,is set with three outdoor terraces facing the sea at the core junction.The structural system is reinforced concrete shear wall and steel structure truss.For the floor vibration caused by the large cantilever,8 vertical tuned mass dampers(TMDs)are arranged at the upper return beam position and the cantilever end.The vibration control effect has been calculated and field measured and analyzed.The results show that TMD has a good control effect on the floor vibration,and significantly improves the comfort of vertical vibration of the floor.
