钢纤维增强高性能混凝土的韧性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解和进一步提高钢纤维增强高性能混凝土的韧性,本文以环保型材料矿渣粉及平直型、端勾型两种类型钢纤维的优化配伍,对所配置高性能钢纤维混凝土进行了力学性能测试试验。通过立方体抗压强度试验、压缩韧性试验和弯曲韧性试验,研究了两种钢纤维增强高性能混凝土的强度、韧性等力学特性。研究结果表明:钢纤维的掺加对于混凝土的受压破坏形态影响显著,混凝土的抗折强度有明显提升,混凝土的压缩韧性和弯曲韧性有显著改善;端勾型钢纤维对混凝土的韧性的提升优于平直型钢纤维。 The mechanical properties of high-performance steel fiber reinforced concrete are tested based on an optimized compatibility of environmentally friendly material slag powder and two types of steel fibers,straight and end-hook to improve the toughness of steel fiber high-performance concrete.Through cubic compressive strength tests,compression toughness tests and bending toughness tests,the mechanical properties such as strength and toughness of two kinds of steel fiber reinforced high performance concrete were studied.The research results show that the addition of steel fibers has a significant effect on the compressive failure mode of concrete.The flexural strength of concrete is significantly improved,and the toughness compressin and bending toughness of concrete are significantly improved.The end-hook fibers perform betten than straight steel fibers in improving the toughness of concrete.
