摘要
嘉兴火车站南广场裙房为多层钢框架结构,局部为双向弯曲的大坡屋面。介绍了地上裙房钢结构的基本情况、结构布置和基本设计参数。针对柱网无法下落的上部“飞碟”建筑,创造性地提出了加强型全转换结构设计方案,有效地减少了“飞碟”圆盘各柱脚的竖向变形差异,进而减少了对上部结构构件产生的次应力。为了解决双向弯曲梁翼缘无法对齐焊接的问题,采用自主创新的梁梁刚接节点,并利用MIDAS FEA NX软件对关键节点进行有限元分析,保证力流传递的可靠性。考虑到部分钢柱无法下插至地下室或者在地下室外包后会影响建筑空间使用,提出了几种特殊做法的刚接柱脚做法。此外,运用BIM三维协同设计和Rhino三维模型的边界控制技术,能够有效地节约工期并减少后期修改和返工。
The podium of the south square of Jiaxing railway station is a multi-story steel frame structure with two-way curved sloping roof in part.The basic situation,structural arrangement and basic design parameters of the above-ground podium steel structure are introduced.For the upper“flying saucer”building where the column net cannot fall down,an enhanced full-transfer structure design scheme is proposed,which effectively reduces the settlement difference of each column foot of the flying saucer disc,thereby reducing the secondary stress on the upper structural members.In order to solve the problem that the flanges of the two-way curved beams cannot be aligned and welded,the self-innovated beam-beam rigid joints are used,and the MIDAS FEA NX software is used to perform the finite element analysis on key nodes to ensure the reliability of force flow transmission.Considering that some steel columns cannot be inserted into the basement or the use of building space will be affected after being outsourced in the basement,several special methods of rigidly connecting the column footing are proposed.In addition,the use of BIM 3D collaborative design and Rhino 3D model boundary control technology can effectively save the construction time and reduce later modifications and rework.
