摘要
发动蛋白(Dynamin,Dyn)是生物分子进入细胞的看门人,参与多种生理生化过程。越来越多的研究表明,发动蛋白具有调节病毒入侵宿主细胞的作用。病毒可利用发动蛋白运输复制所需的蛋白质和相关组件,以便于病毒的侵入和组装。本文综述了近年来发动蛋白在病毒感染过程中的作用研究进展,为病毒感染宿主的潜在靶点和后期抗病毒药物研发提供了新的思路和方法。
Dynamin is a"gatekeeper"for biomolecule entring into cells.It is involved in various physiological and biochemical processes.Increasing numbers of studies have shown that dynamin regulates the invasion of viruses into host cells.Viral proteins can be used to transport the proteins and related components needed for replication to facilitate the invasion and assembly of viruses.We review research progress in recent years of the role of dynamin in virus infection.We also provide new ideas and methods for the potential targets of virus-infected host cells and the development of antiviral drugs.
