摘要
病毒在感染细胞后,病毒借助细胞内质网(Endoplasmic reticulum, ER)进行病毒基因组的部分蛋白表达,造成内质网压力过载。内质网会通过非折叠蛋白反应(Unfolded protein response, UPR)维持其自身的稳态,UPR包括PERK、IRE1、ATF6信号三种信号途径,并且会通过不同机制调控病毒的复制。在本综述中,简要综述了由病毒所介导的UPR对于抗病毒天然免疫反应的调控作用,并且本综述也对几种冠状病毒通过诱导UPR调控天然免疫反应进行了简要概述,以期为了解病毒复制提供参考。
After virus infection,the viral genome is translated through the host endoplasmic reticulum(ER),which causes ER pressure overload.The ER induces unfolded protein response(UPR)to maintain its own homeostasis.UPR involves three signaling pathways,named PERK,IREl,and ATF6.These pathways regulate viral replication by different mechanisms.In this review,the regulatory effect of virus-mediated UPR on the host antiviral innate immune response is reviewed briefly.Also,we briefly summarizes the regulation of the innate immune response by several coronaviruses-induced UPR,in order to provide a reference for understand the virus replication.
