摘要
伪狂犬病(Pseudorabies,PR)是由伪狂犬病病毒(Pseudorabies virus,PRV)引起的一种多种动物共患的高度致死性的急性传染病,一直是影响全球养猪业健康发展的重要疫病。PRV感染人十分罕见,且颇具争议。但是,2018年以来,我国报道20多例PRV脑炎病例,这再次引起了大家的关注。PR属我国动物二类传染病,并不在我国人畜共患传染病目录中,其对公共卫生安全的威胁尚无定论。本文总结了PRV的流行病学特征、PRV脑炎病例的临床症状以及传播途径等方面研究进展,提出了预防建议,以期为PRV脑炎的防控提供参考。
Pseudorabies(PR),a highly fatal acute infectious disease caused by Pseudorabies virus(PRV),has become an important disease affecting the healthy development of the global pig industry.PRV infections in human is rare and controversial.However,since 2018,more than 20 cases of PRV encephalitis have been reported in China,which once again aroused public concern.PR belongs to the second-class infectious diseases but is not in the catalogue of zoonotic infectious diseases in our country.Its threat to public health security is still uncertain.In this paper,the epidemiological characteristics of PRV,the clinical symptoms of PRV encephalitis and the transmission route were summarized,and the prevention suggestions were proposed to provide references for prevention and control of PRV encephalitis.
