摘要
高电压增益DC/DC变换器正越来越多地应用于太阳能光伏或其他可再生能源发电系统。良好的稳态和动态性能,以及更高的效率,是上述应用选取变换器的先决条件。为此,这里提出一种基于开关电容技术的高电压增益DC/DC变换器。首先,详细阐述了基于开关电容的高电压增益DC/DC变换器的拓扑结构与工作原理;然后,在此基础上,对其电路参数进行了设计;最后,制作了试验样机对其进行试验验证。试验结果表明,所提变换器拓扑结构简单,在占空比较小的情况能够获得高电压增益,且对半导体元件的电压应力低。此外,该变换器的电感与输入电源串联,因此可以实现连续的输入电流。
High voltage gain DC/DC converter is increasingly being used in solar PV or other renewable generation systems.Satisfactory steady-state and dynamic performance,along with higher efficiency,are a pre-requirement for selecting the converter for these applications.To this end,a high voltage gain DC/DC converter based on the switched capacitor technique is proposed.Firstly,the topology and working principle of high voltage gain DC/DC converter based on switched capacitor are described in detail.Then,on this basis,the circuit parameters are designed.Finally,an experimental prototype is made to verify it.The experimental results show that the proposed converter has a simple topology,which can obtain high voltage gain when the duty cycle is small,and has low voltage stress on semiconductor components.In addition,the inductance of the converter is connected in series with the input power supply,so a continuous input current can be realized.
