摘要
高增益直流变换器是新能源发电技术的重要环节,针对新能源发电系统小电压、大电流的输出特性,需要使用升压拓扑结构提升电压等级以满足后级负载稳定运行。由于传统升压变换器存在电压增益有限的不足,无法实现新能源发电系统并网运行。此处提出一种基于电荷泵单元的交错并联高增益直流变换器,在交错并联升压变换器的输入侧/输出侧增加若干个由二极管、电容组成的电荷泵单元。该变换器结合电荷泵单元电压倍增能力强和交错并联结构电流纹波小的特点,具有电压增益高、电感电流平均值小、开关管/二极管电压/电流应力低的优势。最后搭建了一台150W功率变换实验样机,实验结果验证了变换器的有效性与高效率,当输入电压为10 V、输出电流为1.25 A时,系统整体效率可以达到94.2%。
High step-up DC/DC converter play an important role in new energy power generation technology.Due to new energy generation system's output limits of low-voltage and high-current,it is necessary to adopt a suitable boost topology to raise the output voltage to realize further power conversion in the subsequent stage.Traditional boost converters cannot realize grid-connected operation of new energy power generation system due to its disadvantages of limited voltage gain.By adding improved charge pump units with strong voltage multiplication to the input/output side of interleaved boost converter,an innovative interleaved high step-up DC/DC converter is proposed with high step-up voltage gain,small inductor current,and low voltage/current stresses of switch tube/diode.Finally,a 150 W experimental prototype of power conversion is established to verify its feasibility and validity.When the input voltage and output current are 10 V and 1.25 A respectively,the efficiency of the entire system can reach about 94.2%.
