摘要
目的了解门诊护理人员健康教育胜任力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2022年6月-10月湖南某医院在职的108名门诊护理人员作为研究对象,采用门诊护理人员一般资料问卷、护理人员健康教育胜任力自评量表、一般自我效能感量表及护士职业获益感量表进行横断面调查。结果门诊护理人员健康教育胜任力自评量表总分为(229.35±24.16)分,与自我效能、职业获益感均呈正相关(r=0.812,P<0.001;r=0.749,P<0.001),多元线性回归分析结果显示,门诊护理人员工作年限、是否参加过相关培训、自我效能、职业获益感为健康教育胜任力的独立影响因素(R^(2)=0.745,_(Δ)R^(2)=0.709,F=15.163,P<0.001)。结论门诊护理人员健康教育胜任力处于中等水平,仍有待提升,护理管理者要重视低年资护士、未参加过健康教育相关培训、自我效能水平以及职业获益感水平较低的护士,通过个体化干预,提升其健康教育胜任力水平。
Objective To understand the status quo of health education competency of outpatient nurses and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Totally 108 outpatient nurses of a hospital in Hunan between June and October 2022 were selected,and given a cross-sectional survey using a general information questionnaire,a nurses′health education competency self-evaluation scale,a general self-efficacy scale and a nurses′occupational sense of benefit scale.Results The total score of the health education competency self-evaluation scale of the outpatient nurses was 229.35±24.16,positively correlated with the score of the self-efficacy and occupational sense of benefit(r=0.812,P<0.001;r=0.749,P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the working years,training experience,self-efficacy and occupational sense of benefit were the independent influencing factors of the health education competency(R^(2)=0.745,_(Δ)R^(2)=0.709,F=15.163,P<0.001).Conclusion The health education competency of outpatient nurses is at a medium level and needs improving.Special attention should be given to nurses of low seniority,self-efficacy and occupational sense of benefit or without relevant training,to improve their competence in health education through individualized intervention.
