基于钻石模型的杭州市纺织服装产业高质量发展研究

Research on the high quality development of Hangzhou textile andapparel industry based on Diamond Model

为推动杭州市纺织服装产业高质量发展,明晰产业发展态势、运行现状和发展水平等,本文采用波特钻石模型结合纺织服装产业主要经济指标和生产数据,运用定量定性分析和对比分析等方法从生产要素、需求状况、相关及支持产业状况、企业的战略、结构和同业竞争、机遇与政府五个方面客观地对杭州市纺织服装产业发展状况展开研究探讨。在此基础上,提出了提高生产效率和数字化水平、加强跨界融合和人才培养、注重创新发展,培育自主品牌、创新营销模式,拓展渠道策略、搭建产业平台,促进相关产业和支持产业融合发展、优化产业环境,加强生态建设等产业发展驱动要素方面的建议举措,找出了提升产业高质量发展的对策。

The textile and apparel industry is a traditional and important industry in Hangzhou,which is one of the most developed and dynamic areas for the textile and apparel industry in China with a long history,rich resources,strong innovation and high reputation.Also Hangzhou has been striving to achieve high quality development of its textile and apparel industry by leveraging its advantages in resources,talents,technology,culture and market.However,with the changes in the domestic and international market environment,such as rising labor costs,increasing trade frictions,upgrading consumer demand and accelerating industrial transformation,Hangzhou’s textile and apparel industry is also facing some challenges and pressures,such as low value-added products,weak brand influence,insufficient industrial integration and lack of core competitiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to promote the high-quality development of Hangzhou’s textile and apparel industry based on its own advantages and characteristics.To explore the high-quality development of the textile and apparel industry in Hangzhou,this study is based on Porter’s Diamond Model and analyzes the international competitiveness of the textile and apparel industry in Hangzhou from the six aspects of factor conditions,demand conditions,related and supporting industries,firm strategy,structure and rivalry,and government and chance.Firstly,the author collected relevant data and information through literature review and field investigation.Secondly,the author reviewed the current situation,challenges and opportunities of Hangzhou’s textile and apparel industry,with a focus on the case of Hangzhou.Finally,the author proposed the countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of the textile and apparel industry in Hangzhou based on the theoretical framework of Diamond Model.Based on the analysis of the international competitiveness of the textile and apparel industry in Hangzhou with Diamond Model,this study combines the connotation and requirements of high-quality development and proposes specific measures to promote the high-quality development of the textile and apparel industry in Hangzhou from both supply-side and demand-side perspectives,providing reference for the transformation and upgrading of the textile and apparel industry in Hangzhou.It is found that the textile and apparel industry in Hangzhou has strong international competitiveness,but also faces some challenges and problems,such as rising factor costs,diversified demand conditions,imperfect related and supporting industries,and insufficient enterprise strategic innovation.To achieve the high-quality development of the textile and apparel industry in Hangzhou,it is necessary to start from the following aspects:optimizing factor allocation to improve production efficiency and quality;cultivating emerging demand markets to expand domestic and foreign market space;strengthening the coordinated development of related and supporting industries to form industrial cluster effects;encouraging enterprises to carry out technological innovation and brand building to enhance core competitiveness;improving government policy support and service system to create a good development environment.The author only analyzes the international competitiveness and high-quality development countermeasures of the textile and apparel industry in Hangzhou from a macro perspective,without delving into the competitive advantages and development potential of specific enterprises or products.In the future,further empirical research at the micro level can be carried out to enrich and improve the research results of this study.
