锌精矿元素含量在线自动检测系统研究

摘要 针对锌精矿中元素组分快速定量检测的需求,设计了锌精矿物料元素组分在线自动检测系统。在工艺需求及功能设计的基础上,完成了检测系统硬件及主要自动化程序设计,实现了自动化采样、制样,以及X射线荧光检测等功能。研制的元素含量自动化检测系统成功应用于锌冶炼焙烧生产过程,实现了铜、铅、锌、镉、砷5种元素的在线自动检测。应用结果表明,该系统具有良好的运行稳定性及检测精度。 To meet the requirement of rapid and quantitative detection of elemental components in zinc concentrate,an online automatic detection system for elemental components in zinc concentrate materials was designed.Based on the process requirements and functional design,the hardware and main automation program design of the testing equipment have been completed,and functions such as automatic sampling,sample preparation,and X-ray fluorescence testing have been realized.The developed element content automatic detection system has been successfully applied to the zinc smelting and roasting production process,achieving online automatic detection of copper,lead,zinc,cadmium,and arsenic.The application results show that the system has good operational stability and detection accuracy.
