探讨VOCs治理中的一些与安全相关的仪表设计问题,介绍VOCs的极限氧浓度(LOC)和爆炸下限(LEL)的理论计算,说明仪表的量程和联锁值设定的由来,重点介绍VOCs治理设计中几个重要回路的仪表选型及其控制方案。
It discusses some safety-related instrumentation design in VOCs treatment,introduces the theoretical calculation of the limiting oxygen content(LOC)and lower explosion limit(LEL)of VOCs,and explains the origin of the range and interlock value setting of the instrument.Focuses on the instrument selection and its control scheme for several important loops in VOCs treatment design.
