快堆核测量系统倍增周期信号标定方法研究

摘要 快堆核测量系统是保护系统的重要组成部分,除了功率监测及保护外,周期保护也是重要的一环。作为IE级系统,为确保测量准确可靠,需要对信号进行标定。在标定的过程中发现,周期信号的标定不同于功率信号的标定,其特殊之处在于周期特指中子注量率倍增的时间间隔,不同于常规的周期信号;分别用秒表法、扫描法、数据采集+最小二乘法等对倍增周期信号进行标定,并比较了3种方法的优劣。试验结果表明,对于脉冲周期,数据采集法的结果与基准脉冲无关;对于直流周期,数据采集法的结果与基准电流值相关,且电流越小,误差越大;研究发现,无论是对于脉冲周期还是电流周期,用秒表法代替数据采集+最小二乘法都是没有问题的,扫描法则相对精度差些。 Fast reactor nuclear instrumentation system(NIS),which monitors the power safety of a reactor via power protection and period protection,plays a vital role in Reactor protection system(PS).It is necessary to calibrate NIS in order to ensure its accuracy and reliability.Due to the speciality of the double period signal,however,the calibration is special as well.Three methods were employed:stop watch,scanning instrument,data acquisition with least squares fit.Stop watch method,scanning method,data acquisition+least squares fit method were used to calibrate the doubling period signal,and the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods were compared.The test results show that the data acquisition method is independent of the reference pulse for the pulse period.For DC period,the result of data acquisition method is related to the reference current value,and the smaller the current is,the larger the error is.The research shows that no matter for pulse period or current period,using stopwatch method instead of data acquisition+least square method is no problem,and the scanning method is relatively poor in accuracy.
