摘要
通过对能够用于工业火炬排放气的现有计量方案进行深入研究,选择出了可用于特定条件下的火炬排放气计量产品,从测量原理、技术参数、优缺点、使用性能、投资成本等方面进行了详细对比分析,并以工作中实际设计项目为例,最终对现有各种计量产品的技术参数、前期投入成本和后期维护等进行整体考虑,提出了综合计量监控方案,并指出推广应用价值。
Based on the in-depth study of the existing metering schemes which can be used for industrial flare emission gas,the torch emission metering products which can be used for specific conditions are selected,and the detailed comparative analysis is made from the measurement principle,technical parameters,advantages and disadvantages,performance,investment cost and other aspects.Taking the actual design project in the work of the author as an example,the technical parameters,early input cost and late maintenance of various existing measurement products are considered as a whole,and the comprehensive measurement monitoring scheme is proposed,and the value of popularization and application is pointed out.
