高级报警管理系统在大型煤化工装置的应用

摘要 大型煤化工装置DCS系统由于报警参数设计和组态等问题,在实际运行过程中会产生大量的无效报警,极大地增加了操作员的压力,进而引起操作员对重要报警响应不及时,产生安全隐患。本文介绍了浙江中控VxAAS高级报警管理系统在大型煤化工装置的应用,包括系统的硬件组成、网络架构、主要功能、与DCS数据通讯、常见的故障,及处理方法。使用该报警管理系统,可统计出这些无效报警和报警值,以及报警优先级设置不合理情况,并在DCS组态中对其修改和优化,有效提升了报警设置的系统性及科学性,公司工艺报警数量显著下降,使操作员有充足精力专注应对重要报警。用户也可根据需要,自定义报警统计规则,及时精准了解装置报警状况。所以,采用高级报警管理系统是保证化工装置生产运行安全的重要手段。 Due to the design of alarm parameters and configuration,DCS system of large coal chemical plant will produce a large number of invalid alarms in the actual operation process,which greatly increases the pressure of operators,and then causes the operators to respond to important alarms timely,resulting in potential safety risks.This paper introduces the application of VxAAS advanced alarm management system of Zhejiang central control in large coal chemical equipment,including the hardware composition,network architecture,main functions,communication with DCS data,common faults and handling methods.Using the alarm management system,can count the invalid alarm and alarm value,alarm priority setting is unreasonable,and modify and optimization in the DCS configuration,effectively improve the alarm setting systematic and scientific,process alarm number dropped significantly,make the operator has enough energy to focus on dealing with important alarm.Users can also customize the alarm statistics rules according to their needs to timely and accurately understand the alarm status of the device.Therefore,the use of advanced alarm management system is an important means to ensure the safety of the production and operation of chemical equipment.
