均匀受力四边简支开孔板屈曲承载力分析

摘要 钢管混凝土柱中内隔板上的开孔处理,有利于混凝土的浇筑,但对其开孔会在一定程度上降低自身承载力,进而影响梁柱节点的受力性能。文章采用数值分析的方法,以开孔板的长宽比、宽厚比、开孔率、开孔形状、孔端距等为主要影响因素,对双向均匀受力的四边简支开孔板的屈曲承载力进行了非线性屈曲分析。结果表明:开孔率是影响板件承载力的主要因素,板件的屈曲承载力随着板件开孔率的增大而减小,当开孔率达到0.9时,板件的承载力趋近于0;当板件的长宽比等于1时,开孔板承载力达到最大值,而长宽比≥3时,开孔板的屈曲承载力出现拐点且达到最低值。在实际工程中,板件的开孔率不宜>0.7,板件长宽比宜<3,板件宽厚比宜控制在<50。 It is beneficial for the concrete placement to make holes in the internal diaphragm of concrete-filled steel tube column,in which case it will reduce its own bearing capacity to a certain extent,and then affect the bearing performance of the beam-column joints.Taking the length-width ratio,width-thickness ratio,opening ratio,opening shape and the hole distance of the perforated plate as the main influencing factors,the article uses numerical analysis to conduct a nonlinear buckling analysis on the buckling capacity of a four sides simply supported perforated plate with bidirectional uniform stress.The research results show that the opening ratio is the main influencing factor which can change buckling capacity of plates,and the buckling capacity of the plate decreases with the increase of the opening rate of the plate.When the opening ratio reaches 0.9,the buckling capacity of the plate tends to 0.When the length-width ratio of the plate is equal to 1,the buckling capacity of the plate reaches the maximum,while the length-width ratio of the plate is greater than 3,the buckling capacity of the plate appears inflection point and reaches the minimum.It is suggested that in the actual project,the opening ratio of the plate should not exceed 0.7,the length-width ratio of the plate should be controlled below 3 and the width-thickness ratio of the plate should be controlled below 50.
