摘要
首先对三相交流液压系统动态特性进行研究,选择管路集总参数模型推导出三相传输管道内的平均压力和输出阻抗的计算表达式;其次针对三相交流液压系统实验平台,根据单相交流液压系统理论基础建立三相交流液压系统管路数学模型,应用MATLAB软件进行仿真分析,得到三相传输管道瞬时压力和流量随频率的变化情况;最后对三相交流液压系统能量传递效率进行分析计算。分析结果表明:在一定的负载参数条件下,由于三组发生信号的初始相位互差120°,C相管路在压力方面幅值最高,B相和C相管路的压力和速度相位较A相管路都有一定的滞后;三相管路的能量传递效率基本相同,并且和单相交流管路的传递效率一致。该研究可为同类型多相交流液压管路设计提供参考。
This paper firstly investigates the dynamic characteristics of three-phase alternative hydraulic system,and selects pipeline lumped parameter model to derive the calculation expressions of the average pressure and output impedance in three-phase transmission pipeline.Secondly,for the experimental platform of three-phase alternative hydraulic system,a mathematical model of three-phase alternative hydraulic system pipeline is established based on the theoretical basis of single-phase alternative hydraulic system,and MATLAB is applied for simulation analysis to obtain the variation of instantaneous pressure and flow rate with frequency in three-phase transmission pipeline.Finally,the energy transfer efficiency of three-phase alternative hydraulic system is analyzed and calculated.Analysis results show that:under certain load parameters,C-phase line has the highest amplitude in terms of pressure due to the 120°difference between the initial phases of three generation signals,and the pressure and velocity phases of B-and C-phase lines have a certain lag compared to A-phase line;the energy transfer efficiency of three-phase pipeline is basically the same,and it is consistent with that of single-phase alternative pipeline.This study can provide reference for the design of the same type of multi-phase alternative hydraulic pipeline.
