一种大轴径双浮动端面密封试验装置的研制

摘要 介绍了一种用于模拟泥水工况下运行的大轴径双浮动端面密封试验装置,分析了密封试验装置的研制背景,描述了试验腔体的结构组成、工作原理,以及循环系统的方案设计和操作流程。该试验装置设计合理,结构可靠,既能同时模拟测试2套双浮动密封在泥水环境下的运行工况,又保证了密封处于良好的润滑环境,为相关密封试验装置的设计提供了借鉴。 A large shaft diameter double floating face seal test device for simulating operation under muddy water conditions is introduced.The development background of the sealing test device is analyzed,and the structural composition and working principle of the test chamber are described,as well as the schematic design and operation process of the circulating system.The test device has a reasonable design and reliable structure,which can simultaneously simulate and test the operating conditions of two sets of double floating seals in muddy water environment,while ensuring that the seals are in a good lubrication environment.This article provides a reference for the design of relevant sealing test devices.
