摘要
根据现有测试标准,验证机械密封试验台流体温度控制系统的功能和性能。考虑到人力、费用成本,选用常见液体水作为实验对象,通过仿真实验使用机械密封实验台流体温度控制系统控制水的温度,评估温度控制系统的控温效果。机械密封实验台流体温度控制系统可有效控制流体温度,满足实际需要。
Based on existing testing standards,verify the functionality and performance of the fluid temperature control system of the mechanical seal test bench.Considering the cost of manpower and expenses,this article selects common liquid water as the experimental object.Through simulation experiments,the fluid temperature control system of the mechanical seal experimental platform is used to control the temperature of the water and evaluate the temperature control effect of the temperature control system.The fluid temperature control system of the mechanical seal experimental bench can effectively control the fluid temperature,which is sufficient to meet practical needs.
