新型双轮搅拌钻机动力头密封结构设计

摘要 设计了一种新型双轮搅拌钻机动力头密封结构,采用三维建模软件对该钻机密封结构开展了三维建模,进行了结构设计,并介绍了其工作原理。新型密封结构使用迷宫密封和密封圈密封等多种形式的密封方法,具有多重密封效果。与传统密封结构相比,该密封结构具有密封效果好,使用寿命长,返修几率及使用成本低等优点。 A new sealing structure of power head of twin-wheel agitated drill is studied.The sealing structure of the drill is modeled in three-dimensional by using three-dimensional modeling software,and the detailed structural design is carried out,and the operating principle is introduced.The labyrinth seal,sealing ring seal and other sealing methods are used for the new sealing structure,which has multiple sealing effect.Compared with the traditional sealing structure,the new sealing structure has advantages of good sealing effect,long service life,low probability of repair and low cost of use.
