摘要
针对大型发动机尾喷管调节控制的伺服系统进行研究,设计了一种大功率液压同步系统,对系统指标进行了详细的分解计算,并设计了同步控制算法,利用AEMSim仿真平台对系统进行了机电液建模和仿真研究。仿真和试验表明,本项目试验样机性能稳定,各项性能指标满足大型发动机尾喷管用伺服系统的需求,圆满完成发动机加力状态下的闭环控制。
This paper studied the large the engine tail nozzle adjustment control servo system,we design a high power hydraulic synchronous system,the system index decomposition calculation in detail,and designed a synchronous control algorithm,using AEMSim simulation platform for the system modeling and simulation of mechanical and electrical fluid,the simulation and experiment show that the project test prototype performance is stable,The performance indexes meet the requirements of the servo system for the tail nozzle of large engine,and complete the closed-loop control of the engine under the afterburner state.
