The hydraulic cylinder is an important executive component in the forklift hydraulic system.It converts the hydraulic energy provided by the hydraulic pump into mechanical energy to realize the linear movement of the forklift gantry and axle.This paper introduces the design of new assembly equipment in order to break through the traditional assembly process and realize automatic assembly in the mass production of forklift cylinder.
