摘要
根据刚果(金)某铜钴湿法冶金工程6个月的投料试车的过程及生产实际情况,结合铜钴湿法工艺特点,叙述了铜钴冶金的工艺流程、设备特点、投料试车过程中所遇到的问题与解决方法。通过对工艺条件的分析,论述了试生产过程中的操作条件和优化参数,有利于同类湿法冶金工程的平稳生产和参数优化。
According to the 6-month commissioning process and production situation of a copper-cobalt hydrometallurgical project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo,combined with the characteristics of copper-cobalt hydrometallurgical process,the process flow,equipment characteristics,problems encountered in the process of copper-cobalt hydrometallurgical and the solutions are described.By analyzing the process conditions,the operation conditions and parameter optimization in the trial production process are discussed,which is conducive to the stable production and parameter optimization of similar hydrometallurgical engineering.
