铜矿原地浸出工艺的发展现状及展望

摘要 原地浸出工艺是集采、冶于一体的新型开采方法,对自然环境的干扰少,受到国内外研究机构和矿业公司的普遍关注,并普遍应用于砂岩型铀矿、离子吸附型稀土矿的开发,在铜矿方面也做了大量的尝试,并取得了积极的成效。通过对国内外已开展的铜矿原地浸出工艺的研究和应用进行回顾总结,认为如果地质和矿物组成条件适合,原地浸出是低成本生产铜的有效途径;指出该工艺在铜矿开发方面存在的难点,并对该工艺未来的应用进行了展望。 In-situ leaching process,a novel mining method integrating mining and metallurgy,has little interference to the natural environment.It has been widely concerned by research institutions and mining companies both in China and abroad,and has been widely used in the development of sandstone-type uranium ore and ion-absorption type rare earth ore.Some copper operations had applied this approach to process some hard-to-mine ore,and has achieved positive results.Based on the review and summary of the research and application of in-situ leaching process on copper ore,it is considered that if the geological and mineral composition conditions are suitable,in-situ leaching should be an cost-effective way to produce copper.The difficulties of this process in copper mine development are disscussed,and the future application of this process is prospected.
