摘要
以选钼尾矿为研究对象,参考普通硅酸盐水泥熟料烧成原理,基于选钼尾矿的基本矿物组成,提出烧成低热硅酸盐水泥熟料的假设。在实验室阶段开展选钼尾矿基熟料煅烧试验,结果表明:所制备的选钼尾矿基熟料XRD谱图与42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥熟料相近,且水化产物SEM图像可见典型的硅酸盐水泥熟料水化特征;由此种熟料配制的低热硅酸盐胶凝材28d龄期抗压、抗折强度以及各龄期水化热满足此类水泥的国标技术要求。
Taking the molybdenum tailings as the research object,referring to the burning principle of ordinary portland cement clinker,and based on the basic mineral composition of molybdenum tailings,the hypothesis of burning low-heat Portland cement clinker was put forward.The calcination test of molybdenum tailing-based clinker was carried out in the laboratory stage.The results showed that the XRD spectrum of the prepared molybdenum tailing-based clinker was similar to that of 42.5 ordinary portland cement clinker,and the typical hydration characteristics of portland cement clinker could be seen in the SEM image of hydration products.The result of 28-day compressive strength,flexural strength and hydration heat of low-heat portland cement prepared from this clinker meet the technical requirements of the national standard for such cement.
