摘要
为实现湖南某锑矿的绿色矿山建设,对原矿粗粒预选抛尾、采空区地质修复、尾矿浓缩、废水回用等关键技术进行了研究。该锑矿将研究成果转化为应用工程,原矿预选抛尾率达到60%以上,尾矿浓缩后压滤用于井下充填。该工程实现了无尾排放和尾矿资源化利用,废水经处理后直接回用于选矿工艺流程,取得了较好的生态经济效益,可供同类型矿山参考借鉴。
In order to realize the green mine construction project of a certain antimony mine in Hunan Province,the key technologies such as coarse ore pre-selection and discarding tailings,mined-out area geological restoration,concentration technology of tailings,wastewater treatment and recycling are discussed.The antimony mine has transformed the research results into application projects.Exclusion rate of pre selected tailings has reached more than 60%.Tailing is concentrated and then filtered for underground goaf filling.After treatment,the beneficiation wastewater is reused in the beneficiation process,and good ecological and economic benefits have been achieved,which can be used for reference by similar mines.
