Evolution Process,Mechanisms and Governance Paths of Supply and Demand Adaptation of Sports Industry Under the New Development Pattern of“Dual Circulation”

供需适配是“双循环”新发展格局下体育产业高质量发展的核心议题.采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法全面阐释“双循环”新发展格局下体育产业供需适配的演变历程、作用机理与治理路径.研究认为,体育产业供需适配经历了市场化改革初始、社会主义市场经济初步建立、社会主义市场经济完善、经济新常态高质量发展、新时代“双循环”新发展格局5个发展阶段.基于体育产品差异化视角,分别从规模经济、范围经济、质量经济与福利经济效应层面分析体育产业供需总量、结构、质量与均衡4个方面的适配机理.基于此,提出从有为政府角度完善体育产业政府治理机制、从有效市场角度健全体育产业市场治理机制、从内嵌技术角度推动体育产业数字化转型发展、从内嵌制度角度构建体育产业融合创新网络的体育产业供需适配治理路径.

The adaptation of supply and demand is the core issue for the high-quality development of sports industry under the new development pattern of“dual circulation”.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this study comprehensively explains the evolution process,mechanisms,and governance paths of supply and demand adaptation of sports industry under the new development pattern of“dual circulation”.It suggests that the supply and demand adaptation of sports industry has gone through five development stages:the initial stage of market-oriented reform,the initial establish-ment of the socialist market economy,the improvement of the socialist market economy,the high-quality development of the new normal of economy,and the new development pattern of“dual circulation”in the new era.Based on the perspec-tive of sports product differentiation,this study analyzes the four adaptation mechanisms of the total supply and demand,structure,quality and balance of sports industry from the aspects of scale economy,scope economy,quality economy and welfare economy.Based on these,it puts forward the governance paths of supply and demand adaptation of sports industry including completing the government’s governance mechanisms of sports industry from the perspective of promising go-vernment,improving the market governance mechanisms of sports industry from the perspective of efficient market,promo-ting the development of digital transformation of sports industry from the perspective of embedded technology,and building an integrated innovation network of sports industry from the perspective of embedded system.
