摘要
污水中含有的硫酸盐还原菌、腐生菌和铁细菌是影响水质的重要因素。单纯采用物理杀菌方式难以达到污水回注指标要求,而投加化学杀菌剂运行成本高,且长期投加杀菌剂后细菌会产生抗药性,因此对油田污水主要采用物理方式和投加化学杀菌剂的联合方式进行杀菌。另外,在三元开发配制注入生产中不同种类的细菌及细菌含量会对配注系统产生不同程度的影响。为寻求经济有效的杀菌技术,开展了二氧化氯杀菌技术对配注系统影响的现场试验,研究了对三种常见细菌的杀菌效果,以及细菌含量对三元配制体系聚合物浓度、黏度的影响。试验结果表明:二氧化氯杀菌作用显著,其对硫酸盐还原菌、腐生菌和铁细菌的灭菌率接近100%;杀菌后的污水用于配制聚合物母液,可以降低对配注系统浓度和黏度产生的影响,提升聚合物黏度,降低对聚合物链的破坏和分解作用。
Sulfate-reducing bacteria,saprophytes,and iron bacteria in sewage are important factors affecting water quality.At present,it is difficult to achieve the required sewage reinjection index by physical sterilization methods alone.Besides,the operation cost of adding chemical fungicide is high,and after long-term addition of chemical fungicide,bacteria produces bacterial resistance.Therefore,the oilfield sewage treatment mainly adopts the combination of physical methods and chemical fungicide addition for sterilization.In addition,different types of bacteria and their content are found to have different degrees of impact on the preparation and injection system during the production process of ternary development,preparation and injection.In order to seek an economical and effective sterilization technology,the field test of the influence of chlorine dioxide sterilization technology on the preparation and injection system is carried out,mainly studying the sterilization effect on three common bacteria,and the influence of bacteria content on the concentration and viscosity of the polymer in the ternary preparation and injection system.The test results show that chlorine dioxide has a significant sterilization effect,and its sterilization rate to sulfate-reducing bacteria,saprophytic bacteria,and iron bacteria is close to 100%.The sterilized sewage is used to prepare polymer mother liquor,which can reduce the impact on the concentration and viscosity of the preparation and injection system,improve the viscosity of the polymer,and reduce the damage and decomposition to polymer chains.
