摘要
记忆性T细胞(T_(M))在机体抵御病原体感染和肿瘤特异性免疫应答中发挥重要作用,主要有中心记忆性T_(M)(T_(CM))、效应记忆性T_(M)、组织驻存性T_(M)(T_(EM))、干细胞样T_(M)(T_(SCM))等亚群。近年T_(M)分化发育调控和功能调控研究取得了开创性进展。本文概述了T_(M)亚群的表型特点、分化发育和功能调控,并分析了转录因子、细胞因子等免疫分子参与T_(M)分化发育和功能发挥的相关调控机制,旨在通过理解T_(M)免疫记忆的内在机制为疾病防治提供依据。
Memory T cell(T_(M))plays an important role in resisting pathogen infection and tumor-specific immune response,mainly includes central T_(M)(T_(CM)),effector T_(M)(T_(EM)),tissue-resident T_(M)(TRM),stem T_(M)(T_(SCM))and other subsets.In recent years,it has been made progress in study of T_(M)differentiation,development and function regulation.This article reviews phenotypic characteristics,differentiation development and functional regulation of T_(M)subsets,and analyzes relevant regulatory mechanisms of transcription factors,cytokines and other immune molecules involved in differentiation,development and function of T_(M),hoping to provide a basis for disease prevention and treatment by understanding internal mechanism of T_(M)immune memory.
