Study on Supply Chain Operation Strategy of Free Trade Experimental Zone Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

自由贸易试验区是促进国际国内双循环的总抓手,其改革的核心是自贸区供应链。受逆全球化的影响,自由贸易试验区供应链的发展也受到了影响。自贸区供应链运营战略研究是自贸区有效运营的重大研究课题之一,结合国际国内双循环背景,利用层次分析法和SWOT分析法,提出当前自贸区供应链的发展要抓住国际竞争态势,发挥自贸区供应链的资源优势,通过实施建立数字化平台、补链-强链-稳链机制等措施,应对国内外市场竞争的双重挑战。

The pilot free trade zone is the general starting point for promoting international and domestic double circulation.The core of its reform and innovation is the supply chain of the free trade zone.The development of the supply chain in the pilot free trade zone has been affected by reverse globalization.The research on the supply chain operation strategy of the free trade zone is one of the major research topics for the effective operation of the free trade zone.Combined with the international and domestic double cycle background,by using analytic hierarchy process and SWOT analysis,this paper puts forward that the current development of the supply chain of the free trade zone should seize the situation of international competition,give full play to the resource advantages of the supply chain of the free trade zone,establish a digital platform and set up a supplementary-strong-stable industry cycle mechanism of chain to meet the dual challenges of market competition at home and abroad.
