基于跨境电商B2C供应链均衡的消费者风险规避行为研究

Research on Consumer Risk Aversion Based on Cross-Border E-Commerce B2C Supply Chain Equilibrium

近年来,国内外经济的动荡对各地的实体经济都产生了巨大的冲击,许多实体店铺受到了巨大的影响,但电子商务行业却迎来了迅速发展的高光时刻,其中跨境电子商务行业更是发展迅猛。随着互联网经济的高速发展,互联网用户对跨境电子商务的重点关注和各国对外开放的政策贯彻,都使跨境电子商务的热度变得愈来愈高。据中国统计局数据显示,2020年我国进出口交易总额已经达到了46559.13亿美元。文章主要采用了数据分析,结构分析,文献分析等方法对消费者规避风险的跨境电商B2C供应链网络平衡进行研究,并提出一些意见。在跨境电商B2C供应链网络均衡的研究中,需要对消费中存在的风险规避方式进行研究,这样才能构建真正符合消费者需求的供应链网络系统。

In recent years,the economic turmoil at home and abroad has had a huge impact on the real economy of all regions.Many physical stores have been greatly affected,but the e-commerce industry has ushered in a period of rapid development,in which the cross-border e-commerce industry has developed rapidly.With the rapid development of the Internet economy,the Internet users,great attention to cross-border e-commerce and the policies of countries to expand the opening up have made cross-border e-commerce more popular.According to China,s Bureau of Statistics,the total value of China,s import and export transactions reached$4655.913 billion in 2020.This paper studies the balance of B2C supply chain network of cross-border e-commerce in which consumers avoid risks by using data analysis,structure analysis,literature analysis and other approaches,and put forward some opinions.In the equilibrium study of cross-border e-commerce B2C supply chain network,it is necessary to study the risk aversion of consumption,so as to truly make a supply chain network system that meets the needs of consumers.
