Research on the Procurement Management Under the Supply Chain Management Mode

目前,我国市场经济正在不断发展,如果企业仍然采用传统的以订单为基础的经营方式,将难以适应我国逐渐成熟的市场经济体系。所以,在日常运营过程中,企业应该适时地对自己的管理模式和采购模式进行改革,从而在保证经济效益的同时还能提高市场竞争力。文章将以企业的采购管理工作为研究主题,阐述供应链管理模式下的采购管理的基本概念,并探讨供应链管理模式下采购管理工作的优化策略。

At present,China's market economy is in the stage of continuous development.If enterprises still rely on the traditional order-based operation mode,it will be difficult to adapt to China's gradually mature market economy system.Therefore,in the process of daily operation,enterprises should timely reform their own management mode and procurement mode,so as to ensure the economic benefits,to improve their competitiveness in the market.This paper will take the procurement management of enterprises as the research theme,elaborate the basic concept of procurement management under supply chain management mode,and discuss the optimization strategy of procurement management under supply chain management mode.
