农产品企业冷链物流存在的问题与对策分析

Analysis on the Existing Problems and Countermeasures of the Cold Chain Logistics of Agricultural Products Enterprises

农产品冷链物流是指为确保品质与安全建设形成的包括产地预冷、冷藏运输、冷库储存、配送零售等的一体化流通方式。农业冷链运输的发展对于提高农产品的流通量和保障农民权益具有重要作用。但是,当前我国企业的农产品冷链运输仍存在一些问题。文章通过比较国外的经验和研究结果,指出了目前国内企业发展中存在的问题,并给出了相应的对策。

Cold chain logistics of agricultural products refers to the integrated circulation mode formed to ensure the quality and safety construction,including pre-cooling,refrigerated transportation,cold storage,distribution and retail,etc.The development of agricultural cold chain transportation plays an important role in improving the circulation of agricultural products and protecting the rights and interests of farmers.However,there are still some problems in the current cold chain transportation in China.By comparing foreign experience and research results,this paper points out the problems in domestic development and gives the corresponding countermeasures.
