摘要
文章以福建省邮电学校20级物流服务与管理专业学生为研究对象,将20级物流1班设为实验组,进行线上线下混合式教学实践,将20级物流2班设为对照组,进行传统模式教学。首先,以认知教育目标分类理论与建构主义学习理论为基础,设计混合式教学模式并进行教学实践。其次,建立多主体、多层次、过程化的多维度评价体系,激发学生的学习动力,推动相关课堂学习。最后,通过学业水平考试评估混合式教学模式的效果。
This paper takes the students majoring in logistics service and management of Grade 20 in Fujian Posts&Telecommunications School as the research object.Logistics Class 1,Grade 20 is set as the experimental group to carry out online and offline blended teaching practice,and Logistics Class 2,Grade 20 is set as the control group to carry out traditional teaching mode.Firstly,based on the objective classification theory of cognitive education and the constructivism learning theory,the blended teaching model is designed and practiced.Secondly,a multi-subject,multi-level and process-based multi-dimensional evaluation system should be established to stimulate students,learning motivation and promote classroom learning.Finally,the effect of blended teaching mode in basic logistics teaching is evaluated through academic level examination.
