应用型本科高校物流管理专业产教融合协同育人模式探究--以晋中信息学院为例

Research on Collaborative Education Mode of Production-Education Integration in Logistics Management Specialty of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Universities--Taking Jinzhong College of Information as an Example

随着经济高速发展和全球化趋势日益突出,现代物流理论和技术已在发达国家得到了空前应用和发展,并产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。随着我国物流服务需求的快速增长,引进和发展现代物流理论和技术,培养现代物流经营管理的高级人才,已成为当务之急。应用型本科高校物流管理人才的培育仍然存在专业设置与社会需求匹配程度低、教育模式与应用模式融合不够等问题。文章以晋中信息学院为例,在应用型本科高校产教融合的原则指导下,挖掘晋中信息学院管理专业产教融合实践过程中存在的问题,探究应用型本科高校产教融合协同育人新模式。

With the rapid development of the economy and the increasingly prominent trend of globalization,modern logistics theory and technology has been applied and developed unprecedently in developed countries,and has produced huge economic and social benefits.Along with the rapid growth of the demand of logistics service,introducing and developing modern logistics theory and technology,training the senior talent of modern logistics management,has become a matter of urgency.In the process of cultivating logistics management talents in applied universities,there are still some problems,such as the low matching degree between professional setting and social demand,and the insufficient integration of education mode and application mode.This paper takes Jinzhong College of Information as an example,excavates the problems existing in the practical operation process of the integration of production and education in management major of Jinzhong College of Information,explores the new model of the integration of production and education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities and the cooperation between schools and enterprises in educating students,through the guiding principles of the integration of production and education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
