孤山航电枢纽工程泄水闸孔与厂房共用边墙结构型式研究 被引量:1

摘要 为缩短孤山航电枢纽工程的坝轴线长度,减少坝肩边坡开挖高度,节省工程投资,提出了水电站厂房边墙与泄水闸弧形闸门边墩相结合的共用边墙结构型式,并对共用边墙结构的受力情况进行了三维有限元数值分析。结果表明:共用边墙新型结构优化了弧门支撑处的应力与变形状态,弧门推力和水压力对厂房边墙整体的应力、变形影响较小。经过水库正常蓄水和3个汛期泄洪的检验,电站厂房和泄水闸运行情况良好,验证了该结构的安全可靠性。研究成果可为同类工程设计提供参考。 In order to shorten the length of dam axis,reduce the excavation height of dam slope and save project investment of Gushan Navigation and Hydropower Project,the structure design combining the side wall of powerhouse with the side pier of sluice was put forward.The force of the shared wall structure was analyzed by three-dimensional finite element.The result showed that this new structure optimized the stress and deformation state of the support of radial gate,the thrust force of radial gate and water pressure had little influence on the stress and deformation of the whole side wall of powerhouse.After the inspection of reservoir impoundment and flood discharge in three flood seasons,the powerhouse and sluice operated well,which verified the safety and reliability of the structure.The study results can provide reference for similar engineering design.
