农家书屋是全民阅读在基层的主阵地,是推动乡村振兴、富民惠民的有效举措。文章从构建“四级网络”、实现“三个纳入”、着眼“群众需求”、坚持“主题导向”、深度“结合融合”五个方面介绍了东营市河口区图书馆在推动农家书屋建设过程中的有效举措,其成功将当地的农家书屋打造成为乡村振兴的“文化粮仓”的积极探索,对于广大的基层图书馆在乡村振兴中如何发挥更大的作用、取得实际成效具有广泛意义和参考价值。

Rural libraries,known as"Nongjia Shuwu,"serve as the primary frontline for nationwide reading activities at the grassroots level and are effective measures for promoting rural revitalization and benefiting the people.This article introduces the effective measures taken by Hekou District Library in promoting the construction of rural libraries from five aspects:establishing a"four-tier network,"achieving the"three inclusions,"focusing on"mass demand,"adhering to"theme orientation",and deepening the"cooperation and integration".Through these measures,the local rural libraries have been transformed into active contributors to rural revitalization,serving as the"cultural granary."This exploration provides broad significance and reference value for grassroots libraries to play a greater role and achieve practical results in rural revitalization.
