摘要
文章对衡阳地区基层公共图书馆2020年度服务数据进行统计分析,找出影响服务效能发挥的关键因素,提出欠发达地区基层公共图书馆可以通过优化管理运营机制、因地制宜建设特色阅读空间、引导社会力量参与图书馆服务、提高馆员队伍的专业化能力、加强阅读推广工作等策略来提升服务效能。
This paper conducts a statistical analysis of 2020 service data reported by community public libraries in Hengyang,and identifies the key factors that affect service efficiency.It proposes strategies for improving service efficiency in underdeveloped areas,including refining management and operational mechanisms,building characteristic reading spaces tailored to local conditions,encouraging social participation in library services,improving the professional skills of librarians,and strengthening reading promotion efforts.
