摘要
文章基于广州市“图书馆之城”建设框架,针对目前“馆校合作”遇到的合作零散、内容单一以及缺乏整体性等困境和问题,以黄埔地区为例,从整体设计入手,围绕1+2+N“馆校合作”模式,通过组织保障、统一平台、规范业务、整合资源、示范带动、优势互补、区域协同“馆校合作”体系化实施路径,解决馆校之间各自为政、资源割裂、资源重复购买以及服务与管理等问题,以期推动馆校深度融合发展。
The article is anchored on the"Library City"construction framework in Guangzhou and aims to address the prevalent difficulties and challenges encountered in the"library-school cooperation."These include fragmented cooperation,singular content,and lack of comprehensive integration.With Huangpu District as a case study,the article proposes a systematic approach to the implementation of the"1+2+N""library-school cooperation"model.This approach is anchored on seven fundamental elements,namely organizational guarantee,unified platform,standardized business,integrated resources,demonstration driving,complementary advantages,and regional collaboration.The proposed strategy seeks to overcome issues such as independent actions by libraries and schools,fragmented resources,duplicate resource purchases,and service and management deficiencies.The ultimate goal is to foster the deep integration and development of libraries and schools through a systematic and integrated approach.
