统筹推进大中小学思政课一体化建设的三重维度 被引量:3

摘要 大中小学思想政治理论课一体化是习近平总书记亲自部署的一项有关思政课改革创新的重要教育教学工程。统筹推进大中小学思政课一体化建设,必须从现实维度把握大中小学思政课一体化的意义,从理论维度厘清大中小学思政课一体化的理论依据,从实践维度探索大中小学思政课一体化的路径。统筹推进大中小学思政课一体化建设是理直气壮开好思政课的重要举措;是落实立德树人根本任务的重要保障;是贯彻党的教育方针,促进青少年全面发展的必然要求;是促进思政课内涵式高质量发展的内在需要。在推进一体化建设的过程中,必须以习近平总书记有关思政课建设的重要论述为根本遵循,以思想政治教育过程“适应超越规律”“协调控制规律”为依据,遵循个体思想品德形成和发展规律。统筹推进大中小学思政课一体化建设,要树立大思政理念、思政课共同体理念、大思政课理念;要强化大中小学思政课课程目标的一体化要求、注重大中小学思政课课程设置的一体化设计、完善大中小学思政课课程内容的一体化安排、加强大中小学思政课教材体系的一体化建设;要组建一支量足质优的师资队伍,加强对各学段师资队伍的培养培训,提高思政课教师对一体化建设的认识;要通过一体化的教学研究破解难题、探索规律、引领创新;要坚持互联互通、资源共享、区域联动、校地协同的原则,运用系统思维加大对学校、家庭、社会思政教学资源的整合力度,充分发挥资源的整体效应;要构建一体化建设的组织领导、管理运行、教材审定、师资培训、队伍建设、资源整合、评价考核等机制,增强一体化建设的组织保障、制度保障和效能保障。 The integration of ideological and political theory courses in universities,secondary schools,and primary schools is an critical education and teaching reform project deployed by General Secretary Xi Jinping,an important measure to conduct the ideological and political theory course with perfect assurance,an essential guarantee for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,an inevitable requirement to promote the all-round development of young people,and an inherent need to promote the connotative development of ideological and political courses.In order to promote the integrated development of ideological and political education,we must grasp its significance from the perspective of reality,clarify its theoretical basis from the perspective of theory,and explore its path from the perspective of practice.In the process of integrated development,we must follow the statements of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the construction of ideological and political education courses and the law of individual ideological character formation and development,based on the“law of adaptation and transcendence”and“law of coordination and control”of the ideological and political education process.In integrated development,the integration of ideas is the guidance,the integration of courses is the key,the integration of teaching staff is the support,the integration of teaching research is the driving force,the integration of teaching resources is the foundation,and the integration of mechanisms is the guarantee.
