Application of Major Hazard Assessment for Blast Furnace Gas Holder in Iron and Steel Enterprises

对高炉煤气柜重大危险源评估做简要阐述,着重对高炉煤气柜的HAZOP分析过程进行了论述。从安全角度阐述了HAZOP分析运用对钢铁企业煤气柜安全的重要性,介绍了钢铁企业煤气柜的选型以及高炉煤气柜的工艺安全技术优化路线等,最终形成技术可行、经济实用的工程方案,并运用于示范工程中。

The paper briefly describes the major hazard assessment for blast furnace gas holder,especially focuses on the HAZOP analysis process.The importance of the application of HAZOP analysis to the safety of gas holder in iron and steel enterprises is explained from the safety point of view,and the selection of gas holders in iron and steel enterprises and the optimization route of process safety technology of gas holder are introduced,resulting in a technically feasible and economically practical engineering solution,which is applied to the demonstration project.
